Chalet Medi - Zermatt

The apartment is magnificent, close to supermarket. They provide a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the washroom.

Spacious Apartments: The apartments at this chalet are like little homes away from home. Our 41/2 room apartment on the first floor felt so roomy, it was like having our own mini-mansion in the mountains.

No Washing Machine: One minor downside was the lack of a washing machine.

Outstanding room provided with bathtub and a great kitchen, as example, had a good stay for our 2 nights. Peaceful location, close to some of the must sees in Zermatt, like Murmeli Brunnen, based very close to the place. Had easy check in.

Close proximity to a golf course and tennis court. Ideal for skiing enthusiasts with ski storage available. Outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas provided. Children's play area, playpen, and cots available for families. Board games and luggage storage provided. Pets allowed on-site. No smoking allowed on the premises.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station. This made it so easy for us to carry our suitcases and navigate the area. The room was clean and modern, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals, which was a great advantage. Additionally, the hotel was close to a supermarket, making it convenient for us to buy groceries.

The pillows provided were uncomfortable, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

chalet midi was even better than my previous stay in zermatt. the location was perfect, just a 4-minute walk from the train station. the kitchen was fully equipped and the host was incredibly helpful and sweet, even fixing our luggage. total privacy and easy check-in.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of Chalet Medi. The decoration was lovely, with warm and inviting colors that made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained and comfortable, perfect for socializing with other guests or simply enjoying a quiet moment. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy access to the rooms and common areas, making my stay comfortable and stress-free.

Although my stay at Chalet Medi was wonderful overall, I do wish there had been more activities catered specifically to senior guests. It would have been nice to have organized outings or events that were tailored to our needs and interests.

The decoration at Chalet Medi was simply delightful. The cozy and rustic ambiance made me feel right at home. The common areas were tastefully decorated with beautiful Swiss-inspired accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the comfortable seating areas where I could relax and chat with other guests. The hotel's accessibility was also excellent, with easy access to the main attractions in Zermatt. It was a relief to find that the pathways were well-maintained and the hotel had ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to navigate around with my walking stick.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. While they were friendly, I felt that they could have been more attentive and accommodating.

clean - comfortable - cozy, and spacious rooms at Chalet Medi. Close to ski bus stop - Sunnega lift - Gornergrat train station - supermarkets, and cafes. The well-equipped kitchen is a great service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being very close to the train station. It made it so easy to walk with my suitcases. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was perfect. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Couldn't fault anything about this hotel. The experience was amazing!

Loved the peaceful residential area, especially the thrilling ropes course. The private balcony was perfect for sipping espresso, while the kitchen had everything - even seasonings! Free WiFi and a shopping mall onsite made it hard to leave.

Oh, just brilliant that I had to clean, remove bed linen, and take out trash. So refreshing to feel like hotel staff while paying for a room.

The location of the apartment is ideal, being within walking distance of both the Gornergrat train and Sunnega funicular, as well as a skibus stop. It is also conveniently located just 3 minutes away from a supermarket and 5 minutes away from another. The apartment itself is well-appointed, with comfortable beds, a good shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is even a skiroom next door for all outdoor equipment. it is perfect for a family of 4.
